Ingredients
1 cup fat-free milk
1 handful of ice cubes
1 kiwi fruit, peeled and cubed
1/2 teaspoon honey (can use 1/4 teaspoon stevia powder or sweetener to taste)
dash of cinnamon
50g (5 heaped tablespoons) of Vanilla flavour GENESIS High Protein
Instructions
Add all the ingredients to your blender and blend together on full power until smooth.
Serves 1 – meal, serves 2 – snack
